Both RFD & Brickskeller have an impressive selection, though not all is draft (and not all are available every night). They both have current tap and specialty lists when you go, so I just stick to those since it's more likely that it'll be in stock. Otherwise, just don't get your heart set on one specific beer.

RFD's bigger, so it can be easier to get a table, however you can also make reservations at Brickskeller.

Yup, Lost Dog has a huge selection...probably more than 200 beers at least, but most are in bottles.

If you are looking for Belgium beers on tap you may want to check out Brasserie Beck in DC. www.beckdc.com they have a beer menu on their website. I would call them to see what they have on tap.

Brasserie Beck is one of my favorites too - for Belgian beer selection, they are imo the #1 place in the entire DC metro area. It's a more upscale place, but def a great atmosphere for enjoying a few Belgian brews.
