I have to say that Paris Hilton must be a lot smarter than I am - I haven't figured out how to get her looks, money, fabulous house, etc., etc.!

It's easy - just adopt some obscenely rich parents. Ok, that might not get you looks, but money can definitely help in that department as well!

I am a Northern Virginia native and currently work in Reston as a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist so I know the real estate market in this area very well. I grew up in McLean, bought my first home in Reston and now live in Ashburn.

I think Reston is a fantastic area and homes are available at great prices right now. You'll want to choose a home in one of the better school districts but Reston as a whole is safe and full of opportunity for a family.
