Sunday is DC's 39th Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade. Rain or shine, it begins at noon and will proceed down Constitution Avenue from 7th to 17th Streets. Never mind, I just got back from dropping someone off at the metro station. There were lots and lots of kids there heading into DC and decked out in St. Patrick's day attire. So, I guess the parties are on!
