Death. Slow. Suicide-inducing. Mediocrity.

That is what comes to mind when I think of Ohio. Just being honest.

Great words. =)
Since Ohio is the birthplace of football, the HOF is in Canton, & Akron, where I'm from, won the 1st championship, I'd add, those 2 cities on the list. The Rock n Roll HOF is in Cleveland, & the Inventors HOF is in Akron, so, 3 HOF's kinda close. =)

I know people are close many places, but, I met & am still close w/ my bestie, I met over 25 years ago in grade school, & she is still 'the one'. Not sure if that 'counts'. lol We are close in Ohio. My bestie's IL's are family to me. We call her & her hubby aunt & uncle, & even HIS Mom a grandma, & bro & spouse, uncle & aunt. We are very close w/ & love them.

I love many here in Utah, but, just not like the family feel back in Ohio. If not for our family, & friends who are basically family, we'd never even consider moving back. They are what makes us want to come home. Them & better food anyway. lol

Variety.

We have Appalachian foothills in the SE, flat plains in the west, and coastal lands to the north. We have beautiful natural scenery, and real, urban cities.
