If you're looking at houses and see a bunch of plastic roll out containers outside, mostly from Papillion Sanitation, that's another good indicator you have to hire a private company.

I hope I didn't confuse you, lol.
No confusion. This actually helps a lot. Thank you!

Well, we signed up today from the sales pitch. Pretty sure they are a reseller. Will post when bins arrive and service starts and let others know.

I did actually end up going with them as well. Aside from a missed recycle pick up the first week of service, it has been ok. Basically from the conversation I had with them, Deffenbaugh is the handler and they subcontract the man power to drive actual Deffenbaugh trucks.

The Papillion clerk said they were approved trash handlers for the city, and were in process of getting a solicitors permit.

Default Dont sign anything with them!!

This company is a joke! They mislead their customers. They make u sign a 1 or 2yr contract which automatically renews and they have a rate increase clause in there as well. On top of that they charge a 6 month cancel fee!!

I have had Waste Services of Nebraska for two years now and I love them. Yes they had a door to door sales person. It is a smaller local dealer. If you want to support local companies go with these guys. When I needed additional services they would always take care of me. I have had nothing but reliable and affordable service.
