Does anyone have some good recommendations for a realtor to use to find a rental house/condo? We would be moving DC, and may or may not be able to see any places prior to renting. We would primarily be looking to rent in the beach areas, Costa Mesa, Aliso Viejo...
Anyone know any trustworthy realtors that you would recommend that know a decent amount about the area and would be easy to communicate with via email?

Thanks in advance!

Absolutely I do. We moved from the east coast six months ago and had one of the best realtors we've ever had (and we've done plenty of corporate relos). I will PM you his name.

You guys that rent before you see the place are nuts.

Spend one day here, and you'll find a place.

Well, since you are looking at Aliso Viejo and Lake Forest, I would suggest staying at Renaissance ClubSport and Spa in Aliso Viejo. It gets high ratings.

There's a Courtyard just off the 5 at Lake Forest. That'd be my pick.

And when you refer to a freeway remember to say "the 5", "the 57", the 22", and for the love of G-d don't say "Cali".

You can use my website, lake-forest-homes.com, to look for rentals in Lake Forest. By default it doesn't display Rentals, so you'll need to select the Rental Listings button on the left side of the page, and deselect Single Family, Townhome, and Condo. I just did that, and the website says there are 35 rentals available.
