How about the Los Angeles Chargers of Anaheim? Too soon?

HAHA. You had to bring up the Angels example.

I might go for that but we would need some love from LA too for paying for that [new] Anaheim Stadium. However, since Inglewood already has a lock on the Chargers, I don't see any chance of any LA help. Not to mention that would split the fanbase so LA and the NFL would never go for it. Cool name though.

No need to pay any taxes. Anaheim can give the parking lot area surrounding Angel Stadium to the perspective football team owner who sells a portion of it to developers, He retains enough land to build a stadium he finances that is partially offset by the proceeds from the land sell. You would need to keep enough land for on site parking for both the baseball and new football stadium. That is essentially what Stan Kroenke intends to do, although he purchased the Hollywood Park Site.

Well since the Chargers have already been slated for Inglewood, who would be fighting for, the Raiders?

No thanks.

Yeah.. That person doesn't know what they're talking about. Persons off by a whole lot of minutes and like obviously hasn't been or visited the place real often.

If i was a Rams fan who lived in California, I probably would. But 405 is traffic hell.

I think an even better question is, will any St. Louis metro/associated Illini fans move to LA with the Rams?

I am sure you are joking but with housing prices such as they are here now, how many could realistically do so even if they wanted to?
