I am considering a rental unit in Fountain Valley. Does anyone have a caveat or helpful observation regarding this town, its traffic patterns or any particular area of it?

Hey,
I live on the border of Huntington Beach towards Fountain Valley.
I actually am a trainer in Fountain Valley 24 Hr Fitness too.
I am been a little around the area and from what I see it is fairly
nice and low key. It seems to me that more family orientated people
live there.
Traffic is only seen towards the freeway (405) other than that
I have not had any trouble.
