Does anyone have any comments on the TOWN HOMES of Flora Ridge?

This community is located in Kissimmee near the Loop.

Any info regarding the community, area and schools would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

Ok so I wrote out everything, and then I went to log in and it was all deleted! So heres a general:Good Area, Brand New homes, townhomes and condos. Good school, Flora Ridge Elem, also brand new. EXTREMELY convient area to live in, seconds away from 535, JYP. Great restaurants and stores, literally in your back yard. Nice quiet area, gated. Family friendly. Only down side is that the road directly in front of townhomes is a speed trap.

It is relatively new. It went up during the real estate boom around 2004-2005

I have a coworker who bought in 2004 I believe. The community is very nice and beautifully kept. It is also convenient to the Hunter's Creek area as well as the obvious Loop.

I can't comment on schools. But since we are talking Osceola County, they are not so great. Orange County has a better school system
