When we did a major remodeling project a few years back I interviewed 16 different contractors before deciding on the one we hired using this same tip formula. It works.
It was surprising during the interviews the different stories what some contractors would come up to get your business.
We were 100% satisfied when our project was done and have referred him to others.

Great tip Pam, thanks! Everything on that list is very important. I already have a short list for plumbing, A/C and electrical work but not for other stuff.

Great tip Pam,

I know first hand how hard it is to find a reputable contractor. But once you do you know you can depend on them being there when they say getting the job done to your satisfaction.
