HOpe this is the right section, it didn't seem to fit anywhere else.

Anyway, so we want to do a graduation/going away/ early bday part in mid July/August.
Can anyone tell us how to go about this as far as- how to set it up, what invitations should say, ideas, anything. Please! I appreciate all te help- we are totally clueless on this! Thanks!

Oh and it's a HS graduation party.

Need more details please.
  • How many people?
  • Teens friends from school?
  • Adults (Neighbors & family members?)
  • Dancing? You’ll need music? Band or disk-jockey?
  • Inside (hall) or outside backyard?
  • Soft drinks only or alcohol?
  • Food (catered or self-made potluck?
  • Who and how many will volunteer to help you with putting things together?

If this is going to be a big party you might want to check for the VFW or American Legion for a hall to rent, also the Knights of Columbus, Elks or Eagles have locations that could serve well for a party.
