I have not heard of one End of the World Party for December 21, 2012!
C'mon! Where are all the fun people?

Are YOU having a party "just because"??

(I plan to be with family and raise a glass to the occasion.)

NASA put out a bulletin yesterday. Really, I am serious.

They say they have searched the skies and there are no planets, comets or meteors heading our way.
We're safe.

Have the party anyway because it will be fun.

I’m not worried, Visa extended my credit card limit and gave me a new expiration date of 12-15-2020 I’m good ‘till 2019 before I’ll start to worry about the end of the world.

I don't know why this stuff get's media attention.. Maybe they're bored and desperate for a story. I never paid any attention to it.

I just watched a PBS documentary on the San Andreas Fault and the expected huge earthquake that's going to split California in two. It's overdue they say. So party on and enjoy it while you can.
