Good morning everyone
Sorry this is so late but I had to go over and take care of the dog I am babysitting.
It is a frosty morning here in NE FL had to scrape some frost off the car windows.
Todays day in history gave me the idea for
Todays question:
What is your favorite sport or sport-type activity to participate in ?
Today in history:
January 28, 1934 1st U.S. ski tow (rope) begins operation (Woodstock Vermont)
lol I can't tel you how many times I have fell off of those dang rope tows when I was a neophyte skier
then they came up with the T-bars which provided even more moments where I was glad the camera wasn't around.
Word of the day: neophyte \NEE-uh-fyt\, noun:
1. A new convert or proselyte.
2. A novice; a beginner in anything.
I like racing motorcycles, I have had one since I was 12 and ride both street and dirt, I had been drag racing a GSXR at Bristol Motor Speedway with a buddy of mine for about 3 seasons but I quit that year before last, they keep building faster and faster street bikes and i'm aching to get back into it.

I enjoy bowling, and as a hobby and sport, I enjoy shooting sports. I get a kick out of getting 1/2" groups on a paper target at least 200 yards away when shooting any one of my high-powered target rifles. I also load my own ammo and they are more accurate than ammo that's sold in stores because it's custom made for each one of the guns I have.
My favorite sport/sport activity used to be the martial arts but now that I am getting (ahem) older I participate in trying to beat my Wife at card games... and other less damaging sports.
Neophyte..could that also apply to newbies in C-D?

Mike we used to bowl when there were lanes near us. I maintained a 185 and my wife a 170. I also used to reload as well but now that I am into only handguns and too lazy I don't bother anymore. Custom reloads ARE much more accurate.
I golf. I am a high handicapper but they made me president of the ladies league because I am willing to stand on a chair and yell because we don't have a sound system at the end of the season banquet. I got a hole in one last summer.
I play racquetball occasionally.
I downhill ski too, but haven't much the last couple years. Virtual Bubble Wrap
