Happy Monday January 9, everybody-and welcome to QOTD.
My cold isn’t wholly gone, but I’m considerably improved from last week-thanks to you all for the kind sentiments & good thoughts.

Today’s Question:
How many burners does your cooking stove/range have ? Are they different sizes ?
Does your stovetop have (removable) wells/drip pans under the burners ? If so, have you had to clean or replace them ?

Extra Credit:

In winter, do you switch to snow tires ?

Do you have a custom steering wheel cover ?
Have you had to replace your car’s…
-floor mats ?
-windshield wiper blades ?
-headlights, brake lights, turn signals ?

Bonus:
Vegetables and/or fruit-if you can’t get them fresh...
do you prefer them from a can, frozen, or wait ’til they're in season again ?

Just for Fun:
Do you have anything with a fake (not real) woodgrain decorative surface ?

If so, have you had to clean or replace them ?
Previous electric stoves had removable wells that I replaced, but my current gas does not... just have to remove the grates for easy cleanup over the entire surface top which then can be lifted to clean underneath & around the burners.

Extra Credit:

Do you have a custom steering wheel cover ?
Have you had to replace your car’s…

-windshield wiper blades ? Regularly, the heat dries them out

Most all can get here fresh year-round; if not, prefer frozen except for tomatoes, use those from a can.

Just for Fun:
Do you have anything with a fake (not real) woodgrain decorative surface ?
Most likely, can't think of where at the moment

My cold isn’t wholly gone, but I’m considerably improved from last week-thanks to you all for the kind sentiments & good thoughts. I feel for ya! In Nov I had a dilly that started as a sinus infection and I missed work the whole week.

Today’s Question:
How many burners does your cooking stove/range have ? Are they different sizes ? 4 - 3 sm and 1 lg.
Does your stovetop have (removable) wells/drip pans under the burners ? If so, have you had to clean or replace them ? Yes, and we replaced them not long ago.

Extra Credit:

In winter, do you switch to snow tires ?
No, chains. And only if necessary.
Do you have a custom steering wheel cover ? Nope.
Have you had to replace your car’s…
-floor mats ? Not yet.
-windshield wiper blades ? Many times.
-headlights, brake lights, turn signals ? None of those, but one side mirror that we found busted in a parking lot.

Bonus:
Vegetables and/or fruit-if you can’t get them fresh...
do you prefer them from a can, frozen, or wait ’til they're in season again ? Depends. We buy certain ones canned, a few frozen, and some we just wait for fresh in season (like squash).

Just for Fun:
Do you have anything with a fake (not real) woodgrain decorative surface ? Yes.

Good morning all. It's raining here in northern England again. Almost 9am, and it doesn't seem to want to get proper daylight outside. Don't y'all love winter?........

Right, on to the questions.

Our cooker has four burners. They are different sizes for small or big flames. I just wipe round them when I wash the dishes......no drip pans.

There's such thing as snow tires? Never heard of them here, but then again, we don't get much snow.

No steering wheel cover either. They still make those things?

I don't replace anything on our car. For small things like windshield wipers I depend on my wife's eyelash fluttering to get such things done.

Fake wood grain. Yep! We have some upvc items like the front porch made in wood grain.

Have a great day all.......

Today’s Question:
How many burners does your cooking stove/range have ? Are they different sizes ?
- There are four and yes, different sizes.

Does your stovetop have (removable) wells/drip pans under the burners ? If so, have you had to clean or replace them ? - Yes and I clean them.

Extra Credit:
In winter, do you switch to snow tires ?
- We get snow but I do not think many here go that route. All weather are sufficient...

Do you have a custom steering wheel cover ? - Nope

Have you had to replace your car’s…
-floor mats ?
- No

-windshield wiper blades ? - Probably should soon

-headlights, brake lights, turn signals ? - One headlight only, about 3 months ago. I didn't know it was out. The mechanic had an extra one in the shop and just gave it to me when I was getting other work done.

Bonus:
Vegetables and/or fruit-if you can’t get them fresh...
do you prefer them from a can, frozen, or wait ’til they're in season again ?
- The only one I have a problem with are Brussels sprouts. I just wait until they are back in season.

Just for Fun:
Do you have anything with a fake (not real) woodgrain decorative surface ?
- Yes

Thank, cloven. Glad to know you are feeling a little better.
Happy Monday to all!
