My day was not the best day, but not the worse either. My night is going to be long. However, I am confident it will get better.

Didn't sleep very well last night so may need a nap later this afternoon. What kept me awake was I could hear my heartbeat in my ear! Has anyone else had this problem?

I can't sleep quiet often. I think I suffer from man trouble... no man to trouble I guess a loose interpretation of that could be like a heartbeat in the ear. I recommend lots of strong hot coffee. But, it must come from the right strong bean and lots of sweet cream for comfort and a touch of brown sugar . It helps on so many levels.

There is nothing as good as finding money u forgot u had. Congratulations.! Well the night is winding down and my time to not be able to sleep in on my mind. A friend recommended I exercise shortly before bed so I am going to go to the gym in about an hour and workout hard and see if it works for me. I hope everyone has a good night

Good morning all, I thought my night last night was going to be uneventful. But then I had major drama from out of nowhere. I am certain this morning is going to be better. Especially after I get coffee and lots of it.
