^^

LOL to you guys.

No apparently they cannot use a dictionary.

I have what I was told by the rescue place was a Golden Lab / Shepherd mix but I really don't know. I suspect he might have a large percentage of Carolina Dingo but without the sticky-up ears. He has the same colouring and similar feet.
He's a real sweetheart. Very kind and gentle with the kids. We love him to bits already.

Now that is a cute pup!
Reminds me a bit of a dog I had way back, Bones. No telling what she was.

I timed standing on the porch just right. Came out and saw a glow atop the mountains. So I watched a golden moon rise.
I so love the moon. I want to get a lens for my camera so I can take better pictures of the moon. Or figure out a way to fix my camera to my telescope.

I love the moon, too. And sunrises, sunsets, too, but the moon is the moon and it has its own allure. I took some pics of the "supermoon" we had last year at a nearby park that I haunt regularly, but I only used my cell phone.

Another night last year I did a drive-by to "visit" the ocean (I live near the sea, and I feel the need to go there regularly). It was nighttime, and it was a full moon. The sight of the reflection of the light from the moon across the water was unanticipated and it just made my night. I didn't have a camera, but I can call it up in my memory.

Another moon fan here. She was gorgeous the last couple of evenings.

I've taken a few pics over the years but most are on another computer. Here's one I found.

Nice shots, Cat.

The first one is how she looked last night, peeking through veils of cloud and occasionally flashing her fullness when they parted briefly.

Those are beautiful photos, Cat.

Add me to the list of moon fans. I can remember when I was a kid and found out that moon light was reflected light I was kind of disappointed. Somehow being a source of light all by itself seemed more wonderful. Still love it though.
