The child 'wasn't giggling at the movie' because he couldn't understand the movie which was Tomorrowland.
The child may have been acting the way a 20 month old child would react the fact remains, he was too young (along with her two year old and quite possibly her nine year old child) to see this particular movie.
Has anyone addressed the fact that this child was too young to sit through a movie that long. It might be fun for the 9 year old and the mother, but would be WAAAAYYY too long for 2 year old. That's like torture. 15 minutes seems like an eternity for that age group.

Although most can agree that the man should have complained to the usher instead of yelling out his frustration, I have a sense that if he had, we would be reading some blog about how the AMC employee discriminated against her handicapped child. There was no way to win with a person like this except to allow them to have their own way.
Getting that emotionally torn up over some dude yelling about your kid is just... over the top.
Oh I thought you meant her crying about her child dying. I was like
I imagine if my kid had a terminal cancer, I might be more easily upset if I faced a situation like this, no matter the circumstances.
