My husband and I are in our early 50’s. I lived in MD my whole life until I moved south in 2011. We are looking at single family houses around 200k. Husband is disabled, doesn’t drive and we need superior medical care. We want a low crime area with good job opportunities as well. Which of the 3 areas would be our best bet?

I'm a fan of Hanover. It's large enough to have amenities without the drawbacks of a larger place like York.
