i'd love to hear about deals on monthly parking in center city, especially around s. broad street near city hall (although i'd be willing to walk a little bit for a good deal).

The Philadelphia Parking Authority (Google it) has a web site that lists their lots and garages which are often cheaper then private facilities. Otherwise the cheapest parking will be north of Market especially near Vine St. There is that one huge garage near 17th and south side of Vine St that has a very good rate. South Broad is going to get top dollar.
