Parts of Aldan are William Penn SD - DO NOT WANT!

You are much better looking in
Interboro (Norwood/Prospect Park/Glenolden)
Ridley (Ridley Park, Milmont Park, parts of Secane, Folsom)
Springfield Delco (Springfield, Morton)
Haverford (Havertown, Pilgrim Gardens section of Drexel Hill)
Sun Valley (Brookhaven, parts of Aston)

Have you considered Collegeville, KOP, Conshohocken, Jeffersonville, West Norriton? Norristown schools are horrible but proximity to KOP makes those homes more valuable if you will...

Upper Darby (Drexel Hill, Clifton Heights, parts of Secane, NOT Aldan or Upper Darby) is a dead last IMO!
