Ahh, first off I've googled all of these, no luck. Ive only been here two weeks, and I was wondering, where are the cheap food places? Cheap liqour stores? It's so hard to find a liqour store as it is! Also, someone told me' about a place that sells ear plugs/gauges called something like neighborhood times? That's my main question, what are stores that sell plugs?

Bother, I'd appreciate any help!

Cheapest food (assuming you mean groceries) is Lee Lees market NE corner Dobson & Warner.

Yes definitely mean groceries. I've been sticking to the 99 cent store but they hardly have anything, and in Kansas Dollar General had chicken noodle soup for 50 cents a can and I cant seem to find a comparable place!

There are some Dollar Generals in Mesa, there's also Dollar Tree stores in the Valley, probably one or more in Mesa. "Ear plugs/gauges"? I'm confused about that one.

Yeah the dollar generals are just too much of a drive. The dollar trees here sell food?! Ear plugs, gauges for stretched ears! I know of hot topic and spencers but I wondered if there were more, preferably not in the mall!

Ear plugs and gauges are implements for deforming the ears in a way that some consider fashionable. This thread is a hoax/troll. Nobody starts a thread saying they just arrived in Mesa and asking where they can find cheap booze and cheap food and ear gauges. Next post will be "why can't I buy Sudafed as I want in this city?".

Yes, Dollar Trees here have food. I don't know what part of Mesa you are in, but you aren't going to find cheaper groceries than dollar stores, so you may need to drive a bit further than you'd like.

Uh? Nope, I am a real person. I really did just move here and I'm on an extremely tight budget. I have no friend except for the person I moved with, we both have no idea about anything here. Really don't have to explain myself to someone like you.

OK, I take it back. But no, don't waste time on the likes of me. Hop on the light rail and go explore your surroundings. They rarely check to see if you have a ticket.
