I did. I prefer to hear from the local residents.

I understand water rates are 3-4 times more than the Phoenix metropolitan area.

I don’t see how they will be able to tell you what houses cost there better than looking at the actual houses for sale. Redfin seems to be almost real time with the MLS.

I would kindly ask that you allow them to reply. Thank you

I’m not preventing anyone from doing anything. Unless there’s more to your question, it’s something that can easily be answered by looking at the prices of homes for sale in Verrado.

I actually happen to be a REALTOR® in the midwest, planning to move back to Arizona. Talking with residents/homeowners is infinitely better than Zillow/Redfin/etc -- that is Marketing. I prefer talking with the individuals who actually live there.
Perhaps another thread may be of more interest to you.

Then there must be more to your question than simply, “how are home prices” since you can probably pull comps on your own, or at least know where to find them via third party sites. Seeing what a home sold for isn’t “marketing”, it’s the answer to your question.

You do it your way and I'll do it mine. Apparently you were too busy attempting to "correct" my first question to notice the water supply/pricing issue either. I'm sure your Trolling will be more successful elsewhere.
