Thanks again!
Traffic congestion in the Phoenix area is non-existant compared to other cities.

Wow. Very cool. Thank you for that! Having lived in Denver, it's *very* nice to see how much better Phoenix fares!

And, most people don't take out their cameras and take a picture when they are sitting in rush hour traffic.

There's a small neighborhood I like at 40th St. and Campbell where there used to be a Date Palm Orchard. When the land was developed for houses they left the Date Palms and it's kind of a unique few streets. The old adobe farmhouse is still there across Campbell from the palms. It's a big place sort of hidden by some apts. now. I understand a lot of it is still the old original adobe. It's called "La Hacienda". Couldn't get a good shot of it though.

I like the hilly neighborhoods on the East side of Sunnyslope. It's a little eclectic with some nice curvy roads going through with good mountain views.

(my finger included)

You can just see part of the "S" on the Slope just left of center.

Today was my first visit there. Since I can now walk there I figured it was time to visit. Awesome place. Hear it's been the same for 50 years or so.
