I just passed my RE Sales state exam and started interviewing brokerage firms in Scottsdale
I have ruled out Sotheby’s International and Realty One.Sotheby’s branch manager was arrogant and Realty One was unqualified.
I will be finalizing between Coldwell Banker, KellerWilliams and Re-Max Fine Properties
Does anyone have any recommendations? Can you please share your experience

snpy, I've been at a few uber-large brokerages like the ones you mention, and a couple of tiny ones (including my own). I can't recommend a certain brokerage for a newbie, but can say that the big ones may be offering "free training" etc., but since Real Estate school barely touches on what you really need to know, what a new person really needs is one-on-one mentoring from an experienced agent, and a company with a responsible Designated Broker. That's what you need to find - after you've been at it for at least a year full-time or have closed a half dozen or so transactions with confidence, then is when you might want to shop for the agency that gives you the most bang for your buck, or you might want to stay where you are.

If you use facebook at all, I recommend joining the "Arizona Real Estate Agent Forum" group - there is a good mixture of experienced and new agents and some great discussions. Of course, any questions you have while starting out should be directed at your Designated Broker, as they are responsible for everything you do.

I wish you the best of luck in your new career!
