Have you guys not seen the forecast for next week? Weatherbug is showing 97 next Thrusday. I don't think we'll make it to May this year. I'll bet is around April 25th.

As I said earlier...that doesn't mean it will be hotter than usual. I mean it was just what, 71º for the high a couple days ago? Does that mean it will be cooler than normal just because it was cooler for a couple days?

Weather.com is showing 96º on Wednesday but then 83º on Saturday.

Exactly. People on Facebook freak out and say stuff like "already 80 in March? what will it be like by July??" as if the temp will just keep rising and rising until it is 400 degrees this summer.

I have heard "old timers" here say that this last cool weather will likely be the last we see till October though. So we will see!

The average high for April is 85 and the average high for next Wednesday is 83. I think that means that a high of 96 next Wednesday is hotter than usual.

83 next Saturday is back to "normal" as the average high for that day is 84.

March was above average as well. The last couple days are really the only "below average" days we've had and If I were to bet I'd put my money that we are at or above normal from here on out.

I meant that it doesn't mean it will be hooter than usual in the future, not on that particular day.

Since this is your first year here I'll let you know a secret...the temp will "just keep rising and rising" from now until July. We're not back to these temps until late October or November. You're in for a treat.

We wouldn't be as hot in July if we were starting with April averages of 60 degrees. Averages of 80's in April is why we climb to average high of 106 in July.

I know that, I mean they act like it will keep rising and rising until it is over 200. Which will NOT happen. There will be a stopping point

I can't wait for it to warm up! These last few days are just too cold!

70's are too cold??? This is the weather that people move to Arizona for, I'd enjoy it while you can as there is nothing "enjoyable" about the summer. Finding a way to make it bearable is the best you can hope for.
