Give it a rest, you obviously have a San Jose fetish and it's lowering your credibility.

Downtown Phoenix is blowing up and densifying at a rapid pace. The downtown has already surpassed that of Austin, anybody who calls Phoenix "not a real city" is a hater. This is the 5th largest city in the country, in the leauge with New York, LA, Chicago, and Houston.

Went to the top of one of the hotels on Roosevelt and grabbed a few pics, it is looking a lot better. This is cutting off a lot of the skyline, best I could do with an iPhone...

Nope. Still not a real city. We are working on it though. The crime and murder rate is beginning to look like an eastern US "world class" city. And our homeless population rivals some of the jewels of urban perfection to the west of us. It's the best of both worlds for Phoenix.

LOL I'll happily take our non-real city if this is the criteria.

What's the name of the hotel with the rooftop pool/bar over in CityScape?

We stopped for a drink after a ball game a couple of years ago.
