Anywhere in the Valley is preferable to Florida, including Tiger Woods' neighborhood. Call Uhaul now.

In case you missed it, Forno 301 just moved to The Muse, NWC of Central and McDowell.

I personally love this area - was looking at the new building going up "Edison" I believe on Central just south of Osborn - very reasonable - and I believe rentals are very reasonable. During work hours - it's very urban - not sure how it is on weekends etc. lots of residential so assuming it's also busy - and lite rail is right there.
