And Sweden. You *might* get an apartment in 10 years. Only a TFM would support rent control as a viable solution.

In the end, it's the domino effect.

This is a good thing? So only 20% of an entire population can afford a home? You should consider yourself lucky to live here if that's the case. As I've said a hundred times before, you could be a homeowner right now.

I honestly just don't even know what the hell you are even talking about anymore. You have a household income over $100k. You are doing fine, my friend. The fact that you are such a strong advocate for public housing boggles the mind.

I guess I'm more selfless than most of you, and actually care about those less fortunate than myself

Yuma isn't close to Los Angeles. It's closer to Calexico, Imperial Valley and San Diego.

The closest places to LA in Arizona are Bullhead City/Fort Mohave/Topock, Lake Havasu City, Ehrenburg (next to Blythe) and Parker.

I think he was goading him. 0 chance he'd leave for Yuma.

And Hemet would be a much better choice than Yuma. Cheaper than phx, much better weather, close to Riverside, and a short drive to SD. That's a rec worth looking into.

Edit: I could see something like this dropping to as low as 300k during the next market correction
