That’s like half a starter home though. At nearly $1k/sqft I think they’re smoking crack but we’ll see!

Prices are still going up.....we sold and bought another condo in the last couple of months setting new highest prices ever in both complexes only to see units since sell significantly higher.....one was a 25% increase....that is nuts.

Makes me wonder what is going to happen come the normal surge period.

This ^^^ --- prices were flat during the summer then rose betw oct and nov and were flat again for a month - but predictions now are that prices will still rise for at least the next 6mos.

As a side note, the last time that home sold was in 2017 for a cool $427,874 or $804 a square foot. They will be competing with this one https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/2.../7532801_zpid/ for $475K and almost twice its size.

I'd buy this beauty https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1.../7532440_zpid/ Who says an HOA isn't needed.

Help me out here.

On the first one, there is a contraption in the utility area that looks like a pressure cooker. Look at all those dials....like a recording studio.

Look at the giant gap under the front door, **** poor flip. They barely tried. You need the extra AC power probably just to keep up.

Just needs an adjustable threshold and a little weatherstripping on the door ~$100. For some reason trim carpenters leave it like this 100% of the time, even when it's on their signed scope of work.
