There is a signficant difference in the type of tint. My rear window doesn't have the Drei tint because I didn't want it to interfere with my satellite service. And you can feel how hot that back window gets whereas my side windows has the Drei and it stays perfectly cool. Also, the Drei has a unique look that is distinct from other tint, it is not very dark but has sort of a metallic blue-finish.
