Very strange, I see them fine.
I link them from Picasa, and they should be visible, the album is public.

I can see them from the link you just posted. But not in any of the other posts. You may want to check into creating albums here on city data and making them public and that will fix any problems. That's just an option that I use and it works. Images seem to load faster too.

I thought there is a limit # of pics to upload in the album and I was trying to avoid the hassle.

There is a 60 image limit per album. I have not found a ref to the number of albums yet. I have several.
