It's not exactly a tray, but I'll give it to you. It's a Victorian teapot warmer. Light a candle inside and put on the teapot to keep it warm .

A tea pot warmer that works off of a candle? I was thinking for a while of a smoke less ash tray but the hints did not fit completely.

That’s not exactly what I had pictured in my mind. I continually thought about a wooded area. Those are nice but I’ve never seen one before. Kinda cool.
