Be sure to visit the National Aviary on the city's North Side. Two new baby penguins were just born!

Strip District markets - Sunday morning would be the best time for when you're here specifically.

What's the age makeup of the group?

Thanks UKyank---Ages 21-54. We'll be working days (including Sunday), so we'll just have evenings free.

Sounds awesome! Thanks!
Yes, do that. It is a really unique view of our city. There is also the Carnegie Museum of Art, Phipps and the Warhol. Do people realize there are paintings from Monet, Van gogh and the list goes on and on, not to mention a very nice dinosaur exhibit.

Unfortunately for them most of these places close by 5 (I think Phipps has a late night?); but I agree these should be at the top of any visit. Mr. Carnegie was very generous to the city.

You can check out east Carson street on the southside for plenty of food/drink/shopping options. It can get a bit crazy there on weekend but should be pretty quiet the days you're here.

It's also the longest Victorian Main Street in the US (at least that's what I've been told but haven't ever been able to verify the veracity of the claim)

Type in zip code 15203 for location - it's about 1/4 mile up river on the same road at the aforementioned incline.

The Oakland Carnegie museums are open until 8 on Thursdays, which may help.

Carnegie Art/Natural History is open late Thursdays (until 8:00).
Phipps is open late Fridays (I believe until 10:00 or 11:00). Cafe there is pretty good.
The Warhol is open late Fridays (I believe until 10:00) and they do a cash bar on Friday nights. Always a good time.
Carnegie Science Center is open late Saturdays, and they have late laser shows and IMAX stuff on Fridays also. (Check to see that they're not doing a sleepover if you're interested in those options, though.)

Definitely the incline. Market square is cool. The Gateway clipper. The Carnegie Museums, national aviary and Phipps conservatory are all wonderful places to visit.
