The Market District sounds interesting! Where is this place?
Right now they are technically an experiment by Giant Eagle but they've paid off immensely. I know they had JUST opened when I was still working in the company and sales were up at both stores at astonishing percents.

They must be still be doing well because now Robinson and Wexford are also getting a Market District.

Oh, one more thing I forgot to mention was their samples!! They still have sample people scattered throughout the store, but it's not just people with a cup of chex mix, lol.

For example, the other week when I was there, at the front door, they had a woman making up fresh baked Italian bread slices, with a piece of gourmet cheese and then an olive dip spread on it. They were DELICIOUS.
