I think that may be a winner - easy to get to, good parking situation, accessible from a bus line, and it feels like a city neighborhood but is technically a suburb - so it could be like Geneva for our urban and suburban warriors: a nice, neutral location.

Millvale! That is a tunnel and two rivers away for us South Hills folks. Might as well make it Canada.

Do they have any whiskey drinks there? I am allergic to most beers, and the results of trying a new one and it failing are hardly worth the risk.

Yeah, I used to go there a lot back in the 90's, great little dive. I think it was S.O.D., stood for Sullivan, O'Brian and Dershowitz. Ah, don't quote me. A good mix of locals and students. Plus, a lot of City Firemen hung out there. And their wing nite was the best.

I would consider going, but if people would drop like flies because of me going, I would forgo the event. I like Grist House quite a bit. Again, I don't go places I am not welcome.

Enjoy.

I'd be down for Grist House - depending on date and time.
