What does Peduto bring to the table for it to be a good move?
Like him or not, I bet he has some good contacts with MONEY. Which is higher education is all about.

He was accepted into CMU in 1983 and transferred to Penn State a year later. Put his degree on hold and completed at Penn State main and he got his masters at Pitt.

So much for being a dummy. Interestingly the folks that talk up the universities are talking out of the other side of their mouth. Like Peduto or not he obviously has intelligence. Most likely exceeding most of the posters on this thread including myself. I could not get into CMU.

Being educated doesn’t equal intelligence. Peduto will be remembered for bike lanes and broken bridges. Sorry.

Nope. I’m saying being educated doesn’t equal intelligence. Just because one can remember and regurgitate doesn’t make them intelligent….and Peduto has made some really stupid moves.
