Great benefits are plus. What route do you drive?
i looked into it....after 5 years, you can max out at over 60k. be wise and dont waste money on stuff like pot and trips to florida, and that could be very good for someone who does not have a technical degree.

the "pandemic" and the lockdowns and the mandates really did a number on PAT bus

New Pittsburgh Regional Transit budget makes adjustments for post-pandemic needs

https://www.post-gazette.com/news/tr...s/202206240074

"Transit ridership remains about half of what it was when the pandemic reached the Pittsburgh area in March 2020 and the pattern of usage has changed. "

"Fewer riders are commuting to the Downtown area but more are using local service, which is increasing even more as a result of record gasoline prices."

"The agency also is facing a shortage of drivers that has caused it to reduce service by 4% beginning Sunday in an effort to reduce the number of canceled trips. A chronic problem keeping operator positions filled has been exacerbated in the past few months because 47 were fired after they refused to follow the agency’s mandate that they be vaccinated against COVID-19."

more euphemisms

should read "after they refused to take an experimental gene therapy for an illness with a 99% survival rate"

it's not a vaccine in the most common sense of the word, and it doesn't work because you can still get it and you can still transmit it

Shutting it down and living in fear has consequences…though the driver shortage they did it to themselves with ridiculous mandates…and spending $750K to rebrand and try to get folks back is as hilarious as it is ridiculous.
