It is funny, especially the vaccine mandate that caused the lack of so many drivers, especially since they’re obviously having a hard time filling the position of such a lousy job, or folks would be lined up to fill the positions…and thinking a $750K rebrand is going to change things is especially funny.

It certainly is funny. Could’ve done a lot with $750K and dropping such a ridiculous mandate. Could’ve looked into upping the pay to try to entice folks to take the lousy job that many obviously don’t want.

Who’d a thunk with the way PRT is operating there would be driver shortages. Perhaps removing the ridiculous shot mandate would help.

No end in sight for Pittsburgh Regional Transit service cuts and no-show buses

i cant believe i drive as much as i do, actually.

one reason is the over-dedication to planning around a bus schedule. it was never perfect, but now, i'll just drive and spew out more pollutants, but at least get somewhere in a very reasonable amount of time.

i always assumed i'd use a bus most of the time. i havent even taken an uber/lyft - ever but maybe thats coming.

Is PAT still forcing unproven vaccines on drivers, still? After showing that it doesn't work? Anyway, I'll never patronize PAT based on that alone. Arrogant and stupid. I used the T and bus for ages. I do feel bad for those who rely on public transportation.

Yep…I only feel sorry for those that didn’t cry for ridiculous mandates and lockdowns. Let the others reap what they sow and hopefully they’re affected the most.

Let's start counting the businesses and services destroyed by the response to covid. Whole cities will make the list, in addition to transit.

At some point, the Bidenbucks will be gone and other services will be cut. The only question remaining is why the Dim pols chose to destroy the places where their voters live? Maybe they think it doesn't matter.

But the fact that their voters still defend the insanity as their cities crumble around them means the media cult's brainwashing campaign was successful on these schnorrers.

Just make sure you don't count the lives lost. Cuz those aren't worth as much as the businesses.

Two week shutdown turned into two years. Just like many predicted. Have Big Pharma running government and this is what we all knew would happen. Keep people scared and dependent on untested and unproven vaccines. To benefit Pharma's record profits. And sure enough, the World Series commercials are all about getting yet another Covid booster. F that BS. People are tired of it.
