And still our governor is unindicted for killing thousands in nursing homes.

We’ll, at least all the people that are dead from Covid aren’t tired of it anymore.

As Pittsburgh's transit ridership plummets, workers get 13% raise

https://www.bradfordera.com/news/sta...e2b17c5ed.html

"Bus drivers and light-rail operators, however, transport significantly fewer passengers since COVID-19.

“PRT’s CEO has said the ridership level of March 2020 is not coming back,” the Allegheny Institute noted in a policy brief. “As of October 2022, average bus and light-rail ridership are 34% and 52%, respectively, below where they stood in prepandemic October 2019.”

New PRT faces same Port Authority issues

https://www.alleghenyinstitute.org/w.../Vol22No33.pdf

"Summary: In October 2021 the Port Authority’s CEO stated “the ridership world we had
on March 13, 2020, is not coming back. Ridership may continue to grow somewhat, but it
will look different. We don’t know what that might look like yet.” Can anything be
discerned from May 2022 ridership numbers for the newly renamed Pittsburgh Regional
Transit (PRT)?"

This is a national issue and not limited to Pittsburgh. The declines mainly involve suburban “limited” routes and commuter express routes. The main lines are gaining steam. The park and ride in Wilkinsburg is still less than 50% but the platform is very busy at peek hours. I work at the County Courthouse several days out of the month and prefer PRT.
