West Middlesex Diner! An hour north of the city, but worth the drive for the food, especially the breakfast menu

There was a place in Caste Village. I don't know if it's still there or not bc it's been a few years since I've been there. It used to be called OneWay Cafe or something like that. SO good and REALLY inexpensive.

Commodore Cafe in Observatory Hill. Haven't tried the breakfast, but everything else is great, so I'd imagine it would be, too. You might get an antiques/history lesson from Mr. Bill, the owner.

Perkins on Route 19 in Cranberry Twp. They leave a whole carafe of hot coffee on the table for you.

I prefer the Perkins at the interstate exit in North Platte, NE.

Isn't Perkins a chain? I'd really like to find a mom and pop kind of place. Anywhere like that in Wexford or Cranberry? Preferably no farther north than Cranberry since I work downtown.
