Statistics is a discipline of Mathematics. While you may not like the presenter's analysis, interpretation or explanation of the data, math is what it is; therefore, one only has to look at the data and if the math is correct, the data is correct. In which case your objection is to the findings of the presenter and the fact that he does not present data in a manner that reflects your viewpoint in a positive light.
