She can't wear it while in costume, that is a Disney rule. A non-costumed job, one "behind the scenes" was offered and she refused which proves this is a publicity stunt. And a very poorly timed one IMO. This isn't about religious descrimination, it's about the show. You won't see a 300lb Cinderella, or one wearing a scarf, either folks. Deal with it.
I will be very upset if her complaint stands up in court.
You forget, SHE took this job knowing the rules about what she will be wearing and what is acceptible. The policy also has in place that if she needed to wear something that pertains to her religion, she would be accommodated.
They offered her a position out of public view. Its still a job and they were giving her that optoins ;work in back, wear you hijab all you want; work out front: YOU'RE ON A stage, A performer.

She accepted the Disney corp rules for 2 YEARS - but has suddenly "become enlightened" - well too sad too bad - quit and get a job where they WILL allow you to wear it if you have decided you MUST.
