Weird, cause that's exactly how I was conceived.

Birth control pills and a condom.

In fact, I was a twin until about 4 months in.

That's the funny thing about birth control pills, there are hundreds of them out there and they all react with a woman's body chemistry differently. They all offer different percentages of actually preventing pregnancies and they are never 100%. Talk to a few women who have tried multiple types of pills before they found one that worked for them.
