Natural born American citizens also have TWO American citizen biological parents, and can be born abroad in some cases.
Which article of the Constitution or Supreme Court decision supports this "two american citizen parents" notion?

How do you "lose" when you never get a turn at bat?? The courts are blocking these cases because of what would happen if Barry were found to have stolen the office.

Citizen? Yes. Natural born citizen? No. See the SCOTUS decision I cited.

They don't care. Facts and law are just inconvenient details to these people.

As my old friend Carl once wrote:

"You can't convince a believer of anything; for their belief is not based on evidence, it's based on a deep seated need to believe." [Dr. Arroway in Carl Sagan's Contact (New York: Pocket Books, 1985]

No amount of evidence will convince the Birfers. 70 lawsuits dismissed and they still don't get the hint?

They are good for a laugh though.

Obama is an American...to heck with your British law and move to UK if you are such a big fan of their law. There is no such thing as a British subject anymore.

Funny how you can't seem to get a court to agree with you.

Chief Justice's majority opinion:
"The Constitution does not in words say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners. Some authorities go further and include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction without reference to the citizenship of their parents."

It takes two U.S. citizen parents to be a natural born citizen.

Tell that to the Japanese tourist that gives birth prematurely while visting New York. Are you going to tell the parent their child is NOT a Japanese citizen??? What if they don't want their kid to be an American?
