Probably not so much this month, though, as people are spending money on the holidays/family and not so prone to fatten up her bank account via her PAC. I'm sure she was glad when this wiki thing came along for her to whine about

Do those folks have facebook pages and go whining and grandstanding like Palin does ?

They just might be getting flooded with emails denouncing what they said.
Only they aren't out there seeking press time.

So, you're ok with cyber terrorists hacking into her website and messing with her personal financial information...just because she happened to voice her opinion about assange, wikileaks and the damage it caused the US?

They made public statements, calling for his arrest, calling him a terrorist...yet they don't seem to be having a problem. These are US Senators, who have their own websites, spokesmen and called attention by their own statements to the press.

And you think posting on a Facebook page is much worse than a US senator going on the record with such language?

The point; Wikileaks and their supporters were all about transparency, freedom of speech...until they start to get criticism, until businesses start denying them service, until providers start shutting down their websites.

Free speech for us, just not for anybody else.

You have no proof on who is hacking her site ?
And if she's keeping personal financial info on facebook of all places then she needs some computer lessons.

The group of supporters/hackers of assange and wikileaks are behind the hacking;

Quote:
Within 12 hours of a British judge’s decision on Tuesday to deny Mr. Assange bail in a Swedish extradition case, attacks on the Web sites of WikiLeaks’s “enemies,” as defined by the organization’s impassioned supporters around the world, caused several corporate Web sites to become unavailable or slow down markedly
I do believe this bunch of nuts have admitted to the effort.

A cached page from Anonops.net shows Palin's site as a suggested target.

A SarahPAC.com technical aide said that the "DOS attackers, a group loosely known as Anon_Ops, used a tool called LOIC (Lower Orbit Ion Cannon) to flood sarahpac.com. The attackers wanted us to know that they were affiliated with wikileaks.org through an obscure message in our server log file.“
Can't believe you're denying this and defending the hackers.

The tech emailed this screenshot to show what he's talking about.
Obviously, they are attacking anyone who has the nerve to call this guy on the carpet.

What I'm not okay with is simply blindly believing that it actually happened in the first place. And if it did, it was probably script kiddies and not "cyber terrorists".

She's just trying to get attention IMO.

Of course, you're dismissing the proof once again. I think Jake Tapper outlines it fairly well, detailing the fact that her website was listed as a target of this bunch, the fact that ABC has a screen shot from the tech on her website.

It's amazing how some can't get past their rage and anger about Palin and look at the facts objectively.

I don't have any rage against the reality tv "star", sanrene, but I just don't think she's as important as she thinks she is. And as someone else above asked, what on earth were her and Todd's CC info doing on her facebook account? Facebook gets hacked all the time.

"No wonder others are keeping silent about Assange's antics," Palin e-mailed Tapper. "This is what happens when you exercise the First Amendment and speak against his sick, un-American espionage efforts."

Palin has become a caricature of herself. Every stupid tweet of hers includes the words "un-American" or "socialist". She's like a 16-year-old who thinks she deserves to be President.
