You really were willing to accept the bad in this law along with any good that was there, weren't you?

The cost is not the only issue.

This law is hurting job growth.

That is why national health care in the answer......that way, everyone pays towards health care.....not just those who pay for their own insurance.

Forcing people to buy insurance...... people who have enough income to afford some insurance..... is better than nothing.
You can't "force" people to buy a product. That's what makes the entire thing unconstitutional. How about tort and cross state reforms. How about mandating a limit on management costs which have been engineered to suck cash out of the system. Why is some guy (who isn't a doctor) approving procedures based on bottom lines while making $1m+ a year for doing so.

Let's fix what's really broken!

It is already creating a lot of HC related jobs. How is it hurting job growth?

And all those senior citizens in Florida must be so happy with this judge when their Medicare part D will no longer cover the "donut hole."

Of course, the thing about use of part of the Constitution to strengthen the grip of the federal government on our health care that would be another movement toward throwing out all the Constitution that has nothing to do with business regulation is not thought of as conservative thinking means nothing at all.
