Before making judgment, I would like to see how her students liked her and some sort of metric on their performance. If they were high, I hope the school suffers as a result. If they sucked and if they complained about her spouting biased rhetoric during class, then I hope the school prospers.
Who puts 50+ stickers on a car worth over 20 grand? . I have two magnets .
I doubt she'll be successful in court either. The school can just make the case that they feared her heavily biased opinions trickled down into her daily teachings.

Channel 12 did their usual stellar job of reporting. Googling her name results in the news that there are 61 stickers on the car. 3 were considered offensive. She was asked to remove one, relating to medicating children. And Declined. (Apparently, 2 others were also 'offended' someone's sensibilities, but were not listed in the final statement.)
The "No Whining" sticker (driver's side, rear quarter panel) apparently doesn't apply to her. Denver, Austin, LA - need more liberal teachers?
It's amusing that the teacher who's claiming she wants tolerance and acceptance has one bumper sticker saying "Non-judgement day is near" not far from another that says "Religions are just cults with more members". You can't call for tolerance while at the same time condemning the beliefs of others. That's saying that you tolerate everyone, as long as they think and act like you.
I think a teacher who has 60 Liberal bumper stickers on her Prius needs to be evaluated (and only fired if it's found that she's letting her personal politics influence how and what she chooses to teach). Imagine if this was a teacher with 60 Conservative bumper stickers on his Hummer H3. Would you still feel his termination was unfair? Objectively, they should both be held to the same standard.

First amendment rights are first amendment rights.
For everyone.
That seems to be the difference between the L and R sides of the aisle.

Ahh, but there is the rub, they would have to show that it did or pay up.

The same message many parents didn't want their children exposed to.
So, if a conservative teacher had something anti-Obama on their bumper and got fired you would be just fine with that? Yeah, and hell just froze over and pigs fly.

Well, I guess I do. But then again, the school was more effective than I am. Being a private school, they have the ability to choose whether or not she reflects the image that they want. It is not stifling free speech to terminate her, especially after she was asked to remove a couple of the stickers.
