Now, I'm not going to say t hat teachers never interject their personal opinion, however, in our idiotic partisan political climate, I'm rather sure it's not just the liberals doing it.

You did notice the word "most" in my post, didn't you?

Meh, in a state like Arizona, I'd figure the occasion seeing a Hummer with 60 conservative stickers would be called... Tuesday.

And it's the "most" I'm taking issue with.

Do you have any proof that "most" liberal teachers inject their political views in their teaching, regardless of subject?

blah blah blah blah blah...."I'm a wonderful teacher"....blah blah blah

Bottom line is that if I embarrass my company they have the right to fire me. She needs to get over herself.

And you still have the right to call out the company for stupidity for firing you over something that has nothing to do with your job.

Ecclesiastes 10:2 A wise man's heart [is] at his right hand; but a fool's heart at his left.

The school made the right decission. No fool should be in charge of the kids.

Isn't this like having too much junk in your front yard in a nice neighborhood? Is she fired for what she's saying or that the car that looks like a piece of junk for being a moving billboard?

Sort of. She should channel her efforts to hurt enrollment and to get the school closed down through the free market, distributing fliers outside the school in a public place, etc. She should also advertise for competing private schools in the area if they will let her. I'm against her termination, but it is a right to work state. If there was evidence, any at all, that her teaching style was progressive learning or partisan, then the school made the absolute right decision.
