News: 80 cases brought before the courts; 2 made it the Supreme Court. 77 of those cases didn't even call Obama as a witness.
All cases were dismissed for without merit, no standing on the issue, and one case the LAWYER got fined $20K for filing frivolous lawsuits, when she WAS TOLD by the judge several times that her cases were without merit.
The Constitution is QUITE clear on who determines final eligibility. BIRTHERS claim to defend it, yet they are the ONES who are quite ignorant on what it says.
Considering the fact that a COLB may have information that is completely different from the info listed on an original long form birth certificate, my point stands.
No it doesn't because of what I bolded in your statement. YOU have no evidence or support to claim that the COLB has any different information than what is in the vital records.

The the Social Security number that appears on the Selective Service documents Hollister obtained begins with the numbers 042, which would be issued to someone born in Connecticut, not Hawaii.
This is a never-ending saga, which could be ended by doing what Trump says: show the document and end the debate.

You DO realize that once upon a time, not many moons ago, social security numbers were not issued when you were born. Most people didn't apply for social security numbers until they needed them, and social security numbers are issued TO THIS DAY based on where the application is made.

I believe Obama was born here, however, is it true or not about him spending a million or two in court to keep from having to show the original? If true, why and who's money did he use?
