Exactly. It is whining at its finest. Life is not fair; the only factors which one can directly influence is effort and showing up on time. Nothing else is within one's control and is not "fair".
"Fairness" has become the new synonym for redistribution of wealth. That practice is not "fair", as it takes treasure and labor from one earned it to one who did not. However, a political system that trades treasure for votes will always promote the concept of wealth redistribution to maintain political power. The dems have become "vote merchants" and are not willing to give up the product that they are selling.
Why dont those on the left give away their own millions and live in track housing or slum apartments so those who have not can have! If they started doing that they sure would get respect about their cause. But they dont donate their money, or their time to charities let alone redistribute their own wealth so the have nots can have!
People in unions are in a class all on their own, you can't get much lower so it would be hard to find a scab that is betraying their own class. Only a union fool would try to tell remind someone of the "proper place" they feel someone should be in.
Don't cross picket lines and you have nothing to worry about. (shrugs shoulders)

The term "fairness" is just a tool to get people to go along with higher taxes and more federal government control and interference. Every little problem in life is because someone is treating you unfair or taking unfair advantage of you, and the only one who can make it all better is.... big government.
